I’m not going to say anything about being single and how you don’t need a boyfriend. I’m not going to congratulate the “taken”, such as myself; I just… You’ve heard it all before and you know that you’re amazing.
I just want to say, Valentine’s Day doesn’t just have to be about RELATIONSHIPS. I’m seeing Aspen today, and celebrating this shit for the first time in 4 years, but my friends matter just as much.
So, to all of you, I love you. I want this day to be special for you – and NO, that’s not based on if you’re spending it with someone or not. Make this day about YOU and no one else, because FUCK KNOWS YOU DESERVE IT.
We all love you. Keep your head up high and don’t just celebrate romance. Celebrate friendship and family and ALL types of love.
